В Бишкеке состоялось торжественное чествование матерей

Конгресс женщин Кыргызстана провел 20 мая 2026 года в 14:00 в Национальной библиотеке имени Алыкула Осмонова торжественное мероприятие, посвященное Дню матери.

В торжестве приняли участие многодетные матери со всех регионов страны, представительницы различных национальностей и профессий: заслуженные учителя, врачи, ветераны женского движения и обладательницы высоких государственных наград. Женщины, внесшие значительный вклад в развитие различных отраслей страны, были награждены медалями Конгресса женщин КР: «За лидерство», «Образцовая мать» и «За трудовую доблесть».

В рамках мероприятия состоялась церемония награждения женщин, внесших значительный вклад в развитие общества, укрепление семейных ценностей и продвижение женского лидерства. Также прошла презентация энциклопедии «Женщины Кыргызстана», отражающей вклад женщин в общественную, культурную и социальную жизнь страны.

Особое внимание было уделено поддержке выпускниц образовательных программ Конгресса женщин Кыргызстана. Им были вручены гранты в виде швейных машин для развития предпринимательской деятельности и повышения экономической самостоятельности. Мероприятие было направлено на укрепление роли матери в обществе, поддержку семейных ценностей и признание вклада женщин в развитие страны.

На торжестве были вручены 40 швейных машин: Тошкенбаевой Рано (Баткенская область), Сейитказиевой Миргуль (Жалал-Абадская область), Кенжебаевой Айзаде (Нарынская область), Бусурмановой Асель (Иссык-Кульская область), а также ректору КГТУ имени И. Раззакова Мирлану Чыныбаеву (г. Бишкек).

Сертификаты на гранты вручили Замира Акбагышева — президент Конгресса женщин Kyrgyzstan, и Гулбайра Чукушова — председатель Совета учебного швейного центра Конгресса женщин КР.

Модераторами мероприятия выступили Замира Шариповна и Зейнеп Женишбекова.

В Кыргызской Республике материнство имеет высокий государственный и общественный статус. Женщины, воспитавшие семь и более детей, удостаиваются почетного звания «Мать-героиня» и награждаются орденом «Баатыр эне». По официальным данным, в стране более 42 000 женщин были награждены орденом «Баатыр эне», а около 32 000 матерей-героинь получали государственные пенсионные выплаты.

Государственная система поддержки включает:

О Конгрессе женщин Кыргызстана

Конгресс женщин Кыргызской Республики осуществляет свою деятельность с 1993 года. За это время организация успешно реализовала 77 проектов, направленных на участие женщин в экономике.

Деятельность Конгресса была направлена на развитие женского лидерства, поддержку предпринимательства и реализацию образовательных программ, помогающих женщинам обрести экономическую независимость. Конгресс женщин активно оказывал практическую помощь выпускницам своих курсов in получении грантов для развития собственного дела.

Конгресс женщин обучил основам бизнеса 50 200 человек, а курсы компьютерной грамотности и языкового обучения прошли 10 700 человек. Гранты выдавались на конкурсной основе.

Конгресс женщин Кыргызстана имеет давние партнерские связи со Всекитайской Федерацией женщин и реализует проект «Образованная женщина — образованная страна» в партнерстве с Посольством КНР.

Конгресс женщин Кыргызстана являлся участником всех женских форумов ШОС и Евразийских форумов женщин, а также инициатором и координатором II Женского форума ШОС, членом Международной ассоциации предпринимателей и лидером Всемирной женской сети по бизнес-инкубации.

Об энциклопедии

Энциклопедия «Женщины Кыргызстана» посвящена женщинам, внёсшим значительный вклад в социально-экономическое, культурное и общественное развитие страны. В IX том вошли биографии 200 женщин, представляющих различные сферы деятельности.

Основной целью проекта являлись сохранение национальной истории, популяризация достижений женщин Кыргызстана и формирование для молодого поколения примеров лидерства и общественного служения.

Издание открывалось приветственным словом Президента Кыргызской Республики Садыра Жапарова. В книгу также вошли поздравления послов и представителей международных организаций, в том числе дипломатов из Китая, России, Германии, США, Японии, Франции, Индии, ООН, Ирана, Узбекистана, Великобритании, Азербайджана, Турции, Индонезии, Кореи, Туркменистана, Казахстана, Швейцарии, Пакистана, Катара, Беларуси, Монголии и Венгрии.

A Solemn Ceremony Honoring Mothers Took Place in Bishkek

The Congress of Women of Kyrgyzstan held a solemn event dedicated to Mother's Day on May 20, 2026, at 14:00 at the National Library named after Alykul Osmonov.

The celebration was attended by mothers with large families from all regions of the country, as well as representatives of various nationalities and professions: honored teachers, doctors, veterans of the women's movement, and recipients of high state awards. Women who have made significant contributions to the development of various sectors of the country were awarded medals of the Congress of Women of the Kyrgyz Republic: "For Leadership", "Model Mother", and "For Labor Valor".

As part of the event, an award ceremony was held for women who have made outstanding contributions to social development, the strengthening of family values, and the promotion of women's leadership. Additionally, a presentation was held for the encyclopedia "Women of Kyrgyzstan", which reflects the invaluable contribution of women to the public, cultural, and social life of the country.

Special attention was paid to supporting the graduates of the educational programs of the Congress of Women of Kyrgyzstan. They were awarded grants in the form of sewing machines to develop entrepreneurial activities and increase their economic independence. The event aimed to strengthen the role of mothers in society, support family values, and recognize the immense contribution of women to the nation's development.

During the ceremony, 40 sewing machines were officially presented to: Rano Toshkenbaeva (Batken Region), Mirgul Seyitkazieva (Jalal-Abad Region), Aizada Kenzhebaeva (Naryn Region), Asel Busurmanova (Issyk-Kul Region), and the Rector of the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov, Mirlan Chynybaev (Bishkek city).

The grant certificates were presented by Zamira Akbagysheva, President of the Congress of Women of Kyrgyzstan, and Gulbayra Chukushova, Chairperson of the Board of the Training and Sewing Center of the Congress of Women of the KR.

The event was moderated by Zamira Sharipovna and Zeynep Zhenishbekova.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

In the Kyrgyz Republic, motherhood holds a high state and social status. Women who have raised seven or more children are awarded the honorary title of "Mother-Heroine" and receive the "Baatyr Ene" Order. According to official figures, more than 42,000 women in the country have been decorated with the "Baatyr Ene" Order, and approximately 32,000 hero-mothers receive state pension benefits.

The state support system includes:

A monthly pension top-up of 1,000 Soms;

A monthly social allowance of 3,000 Soms;

Free medical care and essential medicines;

Subsidies and benefits for utility bills;

Priority rights in obtaining land plots;

A 50% discount on tuition fees for their children in state educational institutions.

The encyclopedia "Women of Kyrgyzstan" is dedicated to women who have made significant, lasting contributions to the socio-economic, cultural, and public development of the nation. Volume IX chronicles the biographies of 200 extraordinary women representing a wide array of professional fields.

The paramount goal of this project is to preserve national history, popularize the remarkable achievements of Kyrgyz women, and establish inspiring benchmarks of leadership and selfless public service for the younger generation.

The publication opens with an official congratulatory address by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov.
